Beth Joiner

Beth Joiner

I graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. After graduating I moved to Atlanta, Ga where I taught 4th grade, then moved to St. Augustine with my husband Ron in 1989. I developed my love of music at an early age being fortunate to have music instruction in K-12 (violin) and attending music festivals each summer in Bayview, Michigan.

Recently retired as assistant Children's Librarian with St. Johns County Library where I helped develop programs and story times. I have been spending my time in retirement re-learning the violin, playing in the Anastasia Baptist Church orchestra and Irish fiddle with a small group each week. I look forward to helping SAYO grow and provide music opportunities to the youth of St. Johns County!
